About
Bowie Productions is a film and photography studio run by husband-and-wife team Matthew and Rita Bowie. We are based in Tampa and work nationally and internationally. We handle every project ourselves, from the first idea to the final file.
We have worked with national agencies and global clients, Airbnb, Kraft, Oakley, Miller, and Raymond James among them, and we bring that same craft to every project we take on.

The People
Matthew Bowie
DIRECTOR · CINEMATOGRAPHER
Matthew directs and shoots every project. He has spent 12 years behind a camera, and he decides how each film looks and feels.
Rita Bowie
PRODUCER
Rita produces every project. She builds the schedule, manages the crew, and runs the shoot day. She is originally from France, which is how we came to work in Europe.

We film the side of a business people rarely see. The people, the craft, and the origin story.

Art direction is everything.
Our work has a specific look, and it comes from deliberate choices made before and during the shoot. You can see the same style running through every project on this site.

We do everything in house.
We plan, shoot, and edit your project ourselves. Nothing is handed to an outside vendor and nothing gets lost between steps.

We have fun doing this.
Some shoots are complicated and some days are long. We run ours so the people on camera stay comfortable and the client enjoys being there.
