We spent time in their downtown Chicago office and photographed every member of the team where they actually work, in the conference rooms, on the stairs, and at the front desk. We directed each portrait so people look relaxed and approachable instead of posed, no headshot wall, no gray backdrop. Alongside the portraits we filmed a company brand film and built a library of lifestyle images of the team and the space. They came away with a complete visual identity for the firm, people first, that finally matches the way they describe themselves.
